By accessing Fia's Academy's website or booking services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

We offer, among other things:

• Mahjong table and seat bookings for scheduled slots
• Published academy events
• Classes / open play experiences at our Richmond Town venue
• Food & beverage menu information
• Shop catalogue with WhatsApp-based product enquiries
• Membership plan requests (subject to approval)

Availability, pricing, and schedules may change. Online listings are an invitation to book or enquire and do not guarantee a seat until your booking is confirmed under our system rules.

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We may suspend accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

• Bookings are for the selected date, time slot, table/seats, and guest details you submit.
• Online payments (where offered) are processed by our payment partner. Successful payment confirmation is required for paid bookings as shown in the app.
• Some fees — including certain set rental / set fees marked as payable at the academy — may be collected offline at the venue and are not always included in the online payment total.
• Event pricing and capacity follow the details published on each event page.

• Treat staff, teachers, and other guests with respect.
• Follow house rules, timing, and table etiquette.
• You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of academy property or rented sets, subject to our assessment at the venue.
• We may refuse service or cancel a visit for safety, misconduct, or operational reasons; applicable refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Product pages are catalogues for enquiry. Prices, stock, and fulfilment (pickup/delivery) are confirmed over WhatsApp or other direct communication and form a separate sale agreement when we accept your order.

Website content, branding, logos, and materials belonging to Fia's Academy may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

Services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed sessions, third-party payment outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability related to a booking is generally limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
